The former Nigerian Head, Ibrahim Badamosi Babangida has showered Tijani Babangida, an ex-footballer and the outgoing personal assistant to Sunday Oliseh with praises and commendations.
The Former Nigerian President, popularly called IBB thanked Tijani for all his efforts towards football in the Nation adding that his is very happy with him. A former head of state, Abdulsalami Abubakar was also spotted sitting with them in his house.

All these happened on Friday at the Minna home of the Ex-President. However, IBB’s school, El-Amin International school will be having their annual inter-house sports today and Tijani has been chosen as a special guest of honour at the event.
Tijani Babangida featured for Niger Tornadoes, Ajax and a former chairman of Taraba Football Club.
Meanwhile, the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) has ordered coach Sunday Oliseh to always submit his list of invited players at any given time before making it public.
The NFF has also started the process to sack Oliseh’s assistant, former Super Eagles winger Tijani Babangida.
The order and sack were contained in a press release following the meeting of the executive committee of NFF which held at the nff secretariat, Abuja on Tuesday, 16th February, 2016.
