Abdominal Bloating and Pain, Change in Bowel Habits. Abdominal bloating and pain or a change in bowel habits can indicate a serious condition like colon cancer, says experts. Get a check, before symptoms become severe.
Pain or Discomfort in Chest. All women face the threat of heart disease. But becoming aware of symptoms and risks unique to women, as well as eating a heart-healthy diet and exercising, can help protect you. If you have trouble exerting yourself, have discomfort or pain in your chest or you are just not feeling normal, see a doctor immediately.
Irregular cycle. Your menstrual cycle is considered irregular if it varies more than a few days in length from month to month. It is normal to have an irregular cycle or two now and then. But if you continue to have irregular periods, or if you don’t have a period at all for three to six months, it is time to see your doctor.
Bre ast Lumps. You never can tell, that lump could signal bre ast cancer. So get to know your bre asts intimately. Examine them monthly to detect any new masses or lumps.
