A freelance journalist Ify gives an account of the conversation she had with a colleague that works in the same company with late Ronke,
According to the journalist who can only be identified by the name ify, She allegedly reached out to a colleague of the late Ronke who was a personal friend and the colleague in the conditions of anonymity inboxed her to give her an insight on the closeness between late wife Ronke and Mr. Kayode Eyitayo Oluokun, the General Manager of the company she worked in.
The company is owned by Ronke’s Uncle.

“Still on the matter…my conversation with someone who knew Ronke and the alleged lover opens up on the issues surrounding the death of a young woman in Egbeda Lagos.
It’s established that Lekan Shonde is a 57year old with a beautiful wife and kids 6 and 4 years! He has maintained that his wife was having an affair and provoked him with a phone discussion with her lover!
This chat I had today confirms there was a seeming closeness between Ronke and the man Eyitayo who Ronke saved his name as “Eyitemi” just as Lekan narrated. I have reached out to the young man who is also married with kids and works with a Book Publishing House on Oba Akran, Ikeja but he is not getting back to me.”
