Woman, Yewande Oyediran, accused of stabbing her husband, 38 year old Oyediran Ajanaku to death at their Akobo estate home in Ibadan, Oyo State on February 2nd after a domestic dispute, appeared in court today May 24th.
The defendant’s preliminary objection, asking the court to strike out the case against her, was dismissed in a ruling today and thereafter she pleaded not guilty to the murder charge. The case was adjourned and it is reported that judgment would be delivered in July at the latest.
