THE National Chairman of the All Progressives Grand Alliance and the party’s candidate for Anambra Central Senatorial District in the 2015 general election, Chief Victor Umeh, has succeeded in his suit urging The Court of Appeal to nullify the election of senator Uche Ekwunife
The Court of Appeal sitting in Enugu few minutes ago quashed the election of Uche Ekwunife of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) and has ordered another election in 90 days.
An obviously distraught Uche was seen leaving the court house almost in tears.
