President Buhari walked out of the Assembly hall amidst joy with Nigerian Permanent Representative to the United Nations, Prof Joy Ogwu shortly after delivering his speech at the UN headquarters during the 70th UN general assembly meeting in NewYork on 28th Sept 2015.
The President was so excited and laughed out loud.
