Hhmm, romance has turned to something else. What’s going on?
A 38-year-old woman, pleaded guilty to manslaughter charges after one of her patients died from a penis enlargement procedure in 2011.
Answering questions from her attorney, Olubukola Adetula, the culprit, Kasia Rivera, from New Jersey, acknowledged she was not trained as a medicaldoctor and she was neither trained nor licensed to administer the silicone injection.
Authorities said Rivera injected silicone into 22-year-old Justin Street’s penis when he visited her homeon Glenwood Avenue in East Orange. The silicone injection went directly into Street’s bloodstream, shutting down his organs, and he died the following day.
“You injected the silicone into his penis?” Essex County Assistant Prosecutor William Neafsey

asked Rivera during a hearing.
Rivera replied, “Yes.”
In exchange for her guilty plea to reckless manslaughter, prosecutors agreed to recommend a sentence of five years instate prison. Rivera would have to serve slightly more than four years before becoming eligible for parole, and her guilty plea will wipe her previous charges for silicone injection.
Superior Court Judge Robert Gardner also reminded Rivera that she could also be deported back to her native country,Jamaica
“I don’t know whether that’ll happen or not, but you understand that that in fact may happen,” Gardner said.
This is not the first time Rivera has been caught for performing illegal silicone injections. She was also charged with injecting silicone into the buttocks and breasts of women four times. She was also previously charged with possession of a stun gun
Her sentencing is scheduled for October 19, 2015
